Finance

A common way to finance your Solar PV installation would be to add the cost to your mortgage, thats why
we've teamed up with one of the best local FSA registered mortgage and financial advisors in the region to offer you a completely free of charge mortgage review and if requested a full financial review.

The example at the foot of this page demonstrates how the income you could earn from the Feed In Tariff could not only repay the extra loan but also generate a profit and of course, your own electric which reduces your energy bills.

So if you've got the equity in your home, why wouldn't you consider investing in solar?

Even if you're thinking of moving home, just make sure your new home has a suitable south facing roof and add the cost of the Solar installation on your new mortgage.

By filling in your basic details opposite the Mortgage advisor will contact you directly on a confidential basis within 24 hours to discuss your requirements.

Please note-Energyforest is not involved in providing any financial advice, this will be between you and the FSA registered mortgage advisor.

Here's an example scenario;

If you were to borrow an additional £8,500 on your mortgage at 5%apr over 25 years as a repayment mortgage, your payments would be £600 per annum.

Using the £8,500 you could buy a 4kwp Solar PV system from Energyforest which could generate Feed in tariff income of £723 per annum and provide you with c3,320 units of electricity, which, by using say 75% of this in your home would also reduce your existing electric bill by £359 per annum.

Therefore- the loan is paid for by the feed in tariff and your earning an extra £123 in cash and making savings of £359 from your energy suppier on top.

There's no catch- you could be benefiting from this just by filling out your details above, talking to the Mortgage advisor and letting Energyforest install your Solar PV System.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
